OPERA Uncut!

According to the BBFC the new UK DVD TERROR AT THE OPERA has been passed '18' uncut, with all previous film and video cuts waived. The new version is also said to contain additional footage not present in previous UK releases. I suspect this footage will be the last scene, which was removed from all previous UK versions. Good news.

Argento DVD's

A new DVD of TRAUMA is due to be released on October 1st from Italian company Cecchi Gori. These are the details I have:- 116 mins? 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen. Italian Dolby Digital 5.1. Italian Subtitles. Trailer. Biographies and Filmographies. Region 2 PAL. NOTE - This disc doesn't contain an English audio track or English subtitles. The 116 mins running time may be incorrect, I will confirm these details after the disc has been released. A new Dutch DVD of PHENOMENA has been released by Italian Shock. It's the longer 'Integral' 111 mins version, the same as the German Dragon DVD. Widescreen 1.66:1. English. Removable Dutch Subtitles. Flimography. Slideshow. Region 0 PAL. I suspect the transfer is non-anamorphic widescreen. I can't find any further details about the sound specs. I won't be adding either of these discs to the giallo films section until I recieve further infomation. I have uploaded part of the Asia Argento section, unfortunately I don't think I will have time to complete it this week. I'm still working on the Galleries and Misc pages. I've updated the Biography and Filmography, but I didn't think it would be this time consuming. I will let you know as soon as I have finished uploading the new galleries and it's complete.
